The narrow hallway, built with laths and plaster, features copies of three original land grants and other small artefacts.  Issued in 1771, 1774, and 1785, the wax-sealed documents bestowing lands in Pubnico and Eel Brook, were signed by His Excellence Command R. Bulkeley.
